webproxy block

Hi all

i have a 750gl RB

i want to block websites for some users but Iwant to enable othe users to use it normally?
i already knew how to block it from proxy access but i do not know how to allow other users to use those websites
what to do

make a new access list rule with the src-address of the customer that needs access, then specify the address of the page, and rule 'allow'. the generic rule will block all people, but this one rule will make an exception for specific IP.

thank you for reply but i did as you commented and it still the same blocked

ip-proxy
access
-src address
-dst port
-allow

and still blocked

i did not find the karma in my page i will do it when it appear
