how/where can i find winbox user manual/book/study material about (How to use/manage) winbox specialy hotspot.

Winbox is not the name of the software. Winbox only executes RouterOS commands. You need to learn RouterOS and it's commands, and then you will understand what Winbox does: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:TOC

I have checked this link but i did not find command. After starting winbox then that page open with Intercaces, Bridge ..... IP-Hotspot, i want to learn that how i can use it please help.

RouterOS is complicated networking software. You must have excellent understanding of networking, and computers in general, to use it at it's full potential.
