i have job to make connection between building, here the story

Target : A building
POP/BTS : B Building and C Building
for the first i try connect the A Building to B Building with distance 7.8KM
at A site i put antenna indoor with Solid antenna 24dB user mikrotik rb433ah with R52HN
at B site i put antenna outdoor with the same speck with A site
for the higher A site is in 25th floor and B site on 27th floor
using frequency 5Ghz
at the B site i can receive other signal but in A site i can't any one signal, it was blank
i do pointing, changing frequency and tx power, polarization change hardware one by one but it's not solving the problem

so i try to connect A site to C site with distance 1KM with the same spec wireless and antenna
i put antenna at A site in indoor and in C site in outdoor.
but the problem steel exist i can't receive the signal at A site, either the signal from the others
information from the Building Engineer, the glass of A building is using anti UV

so i take the wireless from A site to my office and try to scanning at indoor at 9th floor of building, and it can receive the other signal

the question i want to ask, are anti UV Glass was effect to my wireless link ?

need opinion for this problem..... or any one have the problem same with me ?

I would be shocked if you could make a 7.8KM link unless both antennas were outdoors. I have never tried but I would guess that going through anything, even glass, would limit your link to under 1km and probably to something like 0.25km

Put all antennas outdoor. I will not work throught windows.
