So I've got the Dude module installed at a deployment and seem to be having some difficulty with it. The package is running and can be observed in Tools>Profile.

I can telnet to ports 2210 and 2211. There is no banner to confirm that it's The Dude accepting the connection, but I can tell that it is being established.

The Dude agent and client are both running v3.6.

When I try connecting to the agent with The Dude client it reports that the username/password was invalid. I am able to access the device with the same username/password via winbox or ssh.

I have included a screenshot to illustrate how I'm configuring the client.

I have RTFM (http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:The_Dude/Agents) and there doesn't seem to be an abundance of information in it.

My god, man! You did it! How do I change the password on the agent? That was the problem. I can't leave it set at "admin" and "".

Click on the admins panel in the list, add users as needed.

NOTE: Since you are new be careful using auto discover.
