I'll try to describe accurately the situation but I do not know how it comes out

I have RB1100UAH pinned to it will be 11 or 12 DSL 10MB/1MB, and to this router comes whole network traffic already cut to speed through all the PPPOE server on the network, and now the question is possible using this one mikrotik to create a global priorities and marks for individual services, and to take the user to the selected DSL?.

My point here is precisely that in each of the DSL i want to made global priorities for the selected services (www https smtp pop3 etc.) and to each of DSL's assigned after about 30 users
