lan ping time out

hey
i have a big problem
my network about 200 pc
mikrotik 3.30 hotspot
some times my lan ping give me time out
and no internet when i unpluged one of main main cable (( about 40 pc on it )) the ping come back
what is the reson
my config is ok im work with it about 5 years
and i have fake gateway for netcut
what is the reason

Hello
when ping goes down check your interface traffic.
maybe anyone send big traffic to your router.

but the ping still reply and ok no time out

time out come suddenly plz help

i don't see any abnormal thing in that picture...

look to tx and rx in wan and lan again

i am sorry but i don't know about your problem...
deny icmp packets except echo request and config filter rule for deny ping flood and then check your MikroTik for timeout.

plz tell me how i deny all ping request exept echo (( what echo mean ))
and ping flood how ??

You should do a check that one of your lan pc's is not : route poisioning your lan
The effects you descibe, are similar to an experiance I have had with route poisioning the arp table.

My cause was the mikrotik hotspot was doing the R-Poising by default to stop un-authed devices traversing the lan.
