(SOLVED) How to access a local web server through hotspot

Thu Aug 16, 2012 1:30 pm

Greetings.

We set our 2 networks under Mikrotik. One of them with a hotspot, for customers.
Since then, we're unable to access local web servers within the customers network (access points web interfaces, e.g.).

There's no ping to those devices, except for ARP ping from the Mikrotik router.
I tried nmap to them, but they stopped in Mikrotik (showing me its properties).

Before I start ramming the Mikrotik configuration like crazy, I would be glad to get some suggestions.
What do I need to recover access to those devices? (Through HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, etc.)
Firewall rules? Walled garden? Some kind of whitelist?

Again, thank you beforehand.

The device behind the hotspot must be logged in to the hotspot, or bypassed. I use the mac address in the example below, but you can use an ip address also.
/ip hotspot ip-binding
add mac-address=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx type=bypassed

So IP Binding was the key.
Fast and great answer. All of my heart!
