HELLO EVERYBODY
I upgarde my router borad to 5.20 but when upgrdae finish i lost my router board..it means i lost os on routerborad and i forced use netinstall and install os on it..
it happend on 2 router borad 443..is it my mistake or its normal??
can anyone help me?

What is your upgrade procedure?

I had the same thing on my RB433AH, upgraded it from 5.19 to 5.20 (using the dude), upgraded the FW from WinBox, rebooted and it worked for about a week. Then on Sunday afternoon it stopped responding and after removing+adding power only one beep. After finding a serial cable I managed to reinstall everything with netinstall.

Anyone who has trouble upgrading to v5.20, please contact support@mikrotik.com with more details. Serial number, supout.rif file etc.
