Is it possible to import the script file (.rsc) from a RB1000 (4 ethernet ports) to RB1100 AH (13 ethernet ports) without doing any modification or changing?

Yes, it should be possible. Since RB1000 has only 4 ethernets all config on RB1100 will be added to first four ethernets.

I recommend you to make that RSC file from the latest version of RouterOS, because it has the "compact" setting. Compact Export files will import better.
