I have a question is there any method to force all users ,that connect to internet though my mikrotik router,to have the home page or the first web page that they open to be the one defined by me.

no. You need to set your router as a hotspot to do that.

OK , lets say i configure 1 port to be hotspot after that you have any ideea how to do ?
