Dear marketing people of MT,

would you please give us only realistic product announcement in the future please. It seems that you changed your announcements strategy digital. In the past everything was top secret (bit not set). Now you sound like ubiquiti. The products were announced an most of them has not met the estimated timeframe of availibillity (Bit is set). With ubiquiti we know that we havn't to plan with the products next 12 month ...
From my point of view this makes no sense because you are creating frustration at customer side.

Another point: I think that you have to many variants of you products. In industry most of producing companies try to optimize their variants of products. Example: RB2011. You have 6 variants of this product. Wouldn't it be much simpler to produce only two? One rackmount with SFP and one desktop with all features? You could lower your price some $ because you are saving time and resources for production, stock-management and sales.

Which one do you mean please? If you mean CCR, well - we are not that late. We announced end of Q3 (so end of september). For a year old announcement, we are not that far off right now. We are doing everything we can to finish off software and the device will be available for ordering very soon.

there is no need to argument because my post should not be an attack. It was a wish. The second product I can give without digging in the past was RB750UP.

What I mean is: Where is the advantage of early product placement without a "ready-to-deliver-product" on your desk? How much time did you an your colleguages spent to argument why and when the products are available?
