Realtek RTL8101L 10/100 Mbps LAN PCI controller supported?

Gona buy some new mainboard with this controller integrated. Will it work with mt?

as far as I know, 8100 are from 8139 family - and they work with the same binary drivers under Windows2000. So they should work with MT, as 8139 is supported.
