What is the database format for a Mikrotik Usermanager and Hotspot. We are trying to create a login page where pple create username and password and it goes directly into the database of the radius or hotspot. Any help will be appreciated.Thanks all.

Hotspot doesn't use a database, Usermanager does. Even if you find out the format, how are you going to access the raw database files?

It sounds like you need a 3rd party radius solution, not usermanager.
