hello, im new in mikrotik. i have some problem to get the usermanager working.

i was setup hotspot using winbox.
currently im using router os 5.16 with level 4 user license.
user manager 5.16 also was installed.
profile voucher that i was create in usermanager is 1user with 1hour usage.

but when i try to log in using that voucher, login page return error wrong username and password.

i think something need to set in winbox. but i dont know what that thing to set it up.

can someone help me to solve this?
