Hi,

I am trying to use a wildcard certificate issued by GoDaddy to provide secure access to the Dude webserver. Our certificate is a .crt file and I have run OpenSSL to convert this to .pem format and uploaded it to the Dude server. When I select this new certificate from the dropdown in server settings the Dude webservice fails to respond on port 443 and if I reselect the original certificate.pem then everything works fine again.

Can anyone point me to anything that would help us to get our own certificate working - any log file or anything that would tell us why our certificate is causing a problem? Alternatively any instruction on how to use a GoDaddy certificate would be most welcome.
