IP conflict detection for ROSv6

Please add IP conflict detection feature to new ROSv6.
Sniff ARP packets for example every 2 minutes during 30 seconds. If there ARP packet received on same interface with same IP address but different MAC address, it can be IP conflict. Also If ARP packet received with IP address same as RouterOS itself on same interface, it can be IP conflict.
I think this is very helpful feature almost for all ROS users.
