I have 5 new RB-435's and 24Vdc PoE power supplies. When I interface an Ethernet cable from the power port of the 24Vdc power supply into the PoE port of any of the RB-435's they don't beep on bootup nor do they become accessible VIA neighbor as I usually do with new boards when starting with setup with an Ethernet cable from the output of the P/S into the PC NIC.

Has anyone else had this issue?
What is my error?
