RB532 aditional disk space on CF

Wed May 03, 2006 2:15 am

Hello.
I just need to be shure if there´s a chance to use onboard NAND for RouterOS and CF as an aditional space for storing graphs, backups etc.
Thanks a lot for reply.

And how can I tell mikrotik routerOS to see the CF card and to use it for storing graphs on RB532 ?

Sorry
Maybe I'm dumb, maybe I didn't ask right.
What filesystem should be on CF just to be notable by routerOS? How do I tell system to store graphs to the CF, not to NAND?
Thank' s a lot

t-rex, CF module or Microdrive drive are used only for storing proxy cache data in MikroTik RouterOS.
'ip proxy set cache-drive=CompactFlash'.
CF module as additional harddrive, you can use booting Linux.
