I want connect 2 sxt(as station) to nanostation M5(as ap) but I can`t connect sxt to nanostation M5.
when I set mode of sxt as bridge and nanostation as station link is up.
can you help me?

You probably need to disable the Airmax TDMA protocol, as it is not compatible with SXT.

it is very very simple.....
1- disable airmax by unchecking it in the main page of the settings of nanom5 ( nano m5 = the acess point )
2- dont enable enstrem in the sxt mikrotik ( sxt mikrotik = station / pseudobridge )
3- make a scan in sxt ...you must see your ssid of nanom5 in your station sxt mikrotik
