I have set up mikrotik (v.5.24) hotspot with one user. The access point is not encrypted with security protocol.

1. The client (for example a smart phone) see an unlocked wifi signal and then they connect on it.
2. Login page appears and the client enter the credentials (username and password).
3. The client now can surf to the internet successfully.
4. The smart phone gets idle.
5. After one minute the smart phone is enabled again in order to surf to the internet.
6. The smart phone doesn't reconnect again to the unlocked wifi signal.
7. The client has to choose again the wifi signal and enter again the credentials.

I have session timeout: 1 hour
Idle timeout: none
keepalive timeout: 2m

The cookies are enabled. And I use only one user for all terminals and set the Shard Users: 300

Why after the device is idle the mikrotik reasks for credentials although I have enabled Cookies?
