My requirement:
1)
Load balancing 4 WAN (20Mbps)
WAN1: 192.168.1.1
WAN2: 192.168.2.1
WAN3: 192.168.3.1
WAN4: 192.168.4.1

2)
Hotspot function

3)User manager

4)Remote access from another place to user manager

5)QOS
the network is for students, just slow down the p2p, bit torrent and etc, but don't block it.
and make sure the user can suffering the web and will not affect by the p2p and bit torrent.
