Radius Manager has an installation guide which is detailed and well written. Read it.

Their recommended OS is a redhat/fedora based distrubution.

Hi

Make sure you have CentOS6 installed.

If you purchased RM it comes with free installation.

Just make sure Support has full access to your server if your server can't be accessed from the outside, make sure they have the following info.

Teamviewer.

ID
PASS

Putty.

Linux.

Root Password

DMA normaly gives excellent services , they normaly respond within 30min.

:D

Also make sure that the Linux PC has Internet.

Installing Radius Manager is not a big deal once you get used to it after doing some lab installations and tests :) , Ubuntu is an excellent candidate for hosting Radius Manager. I have deployed at various networks on Fedora and Ubuntu, and personally I found Ubuntu more user friendly, lightweight and robust in performance. There support personnel Mr. Viktor provides very good support and quick reply to your query.

I have also written few guides on it. You can view following links.

Which questions ?
You shouldnt really have questions. It is a very easy to use and install software package.

You can mail Viktor anytime when you have a problem. He is very responsive.

Apart from that, there is a user manual as well. You need to read it too.
