for bypass the queue simple use queue-tree and mangle.
first mark paquet in mangle for/from the server and in the queue-tree select the fisical interface as parent

There is a more elegant way. Hotspot has an option to set DSCP bit for hits. Then create a mangle rule that mangles traffic where DSCP = X and then give that traffic it's own queue.
