i had backup userman database, and load it to new router, but when i successful load, and i go into userman page, there is some active user show at userman there, but i go to winbox, under hotspot active user, there is only one user which is me.
But from userman there, it show 37 active users, and i try to use this 37 users username to login hotspot, it say session limit reach, but these username is not active.

When i backup userman database, it was 37 active users.

Anyway can solve this?

Hi!

Have you tried to remove the active sessions(xx A Sessions) in USERMAN?
Mark the sessions and "Close" under "Edit" menu

you mean during backup?

Login to Userman after you restoredthe database to the new router

then as I described earlier.....
