We have been using RBSXT-5HPnD as a client units for a while(few months), since we using scripts to configure them all, we are using max 5.11 or lower os in client devices. No problems when downgrading these units appeared.
Today we used LITE version RBSXT-5nDr2 for the first time. When technician tried to downgrade brand new unit from 5.24(factory) to 5.8 version, unit did not come up, it simply froze. He tried to downgrade another new unit to 5.8 again and same problem appeared.
Third one we tried 5.11 with same result..seems every attempt to downgrade 5nDr2 result in failure.
Can i get any advice on this topic, does any1 else have same problem ?

5.8 and 5.11 is not supported. Only 5.20 and above. I suggest you 5.25
