A long time ago, before i bought routerboard from mikrotik. I have downloaded software with a lisense key and installed on my pc.
Since i got the routerboard, i never touch again with that pc with mikrotik lisense.
Now, i will using that pc again for experimental reason. But i forgot admin password for mikrotik system. :cry: I have mikrotik 2.8.10.
If i reinstall with 2.8.17, i will lost my lisense. So can you help me to reset the admin's password ? is it possible ??? How to do that ?

it's not possible to reset admin password. Only reinstall will help. Reinstall it with netinstall and do not safe old configuration. You should not lost your license.
