PPPOE Issue multiple IP's to client

Mon Sep 30, 2013 6:19 pm

Hi There Forum

I have a customer that wants 4 static public Ips from us, We have plenty if IPs as we have /22 range.

We have been issuing single static ip's via pppoe accounts using radius manager, this works fine, but i can no see how to issue multiple IP's. If radius manager can not do this can anyone give me some advise how this can be done via ppp account in the microtik.

I am not sure if there is a way to pass a range of IP Addresses to them.

You could look at trying multiple sessions if that could work in your setup.

The way we do it is we have them PPPoE an initial session to our router and then we static route a range from a reserved pool to that fixed IP address on their account.

They can then make use of the /29 or whatever we give them.
