i do not know if its ok to post my question in this section , but i do not know any place else so ...
i am connected to internet using mikrotik network using a wireless card , i have faced many problems and contacted the admins to solve them , but it seems that they do not have good knowledge about mikrotik , so i read a lot about mikrotik and i have good understanding of it .
first , i got disconnected ( limited connection ) almost every day and the problem according to windows troubleshooting is " primary dns server " or the dns server isn't responding and they are using google's open dns ,instead of their main ISP DNS .
Second problem , is with streaming videos on most websites , i got this message once i click start for the video , or while streaming a video
200 stream not found netstream.play.streamnotfound
and others give me this message
"wrong ip , please refresh " and refreshing does not help .
add to that its almost impossible to even download as free user from any of the file sharing websites because of this problem because of this ip thing.
so i made visited many " what is your ip websites"
and i got different IPs like three or two , which is strange ,one of them was my original ip .
after a while they give me the original IP only , so i do not know what is happening exactly .

It sounds like you're behind a NATed connection that's running more than 1 internet connection. What is the WAN IP that your router was given?

i thought that too , but i didn't expect it could do that much damage unless the admin of the network means to cause it , i mean i can't stream or download any thing in most file sharing or streaming websites , specially in the last couple of weeks .
about the WAN IP , i noticed say the last two days the ip did not change but the problem stays .
the wan ip at this time is attached as image , which is the first one and main one i was given once i registered back then.

What is your Mikrotik export?

what do you mean by export , ?
and how to find it .

In the command prompt type:

uhhm ,i'm not the admin so i can not do this .

On your Mikrotik router get the export.
