We are experiencing an issue where some of our clients are getting broken pages on their mobile devices and Mac devices. Weird thing is it's not all customer and not all mobile devices. We are trying to narrow it down to a particular type of router or particular mobile devices but its random.
The only way we have been able to get around the issue is to bypass the radio through the hotspot. Once we bypass the radio it immediately clears up the issue.
We also can flush the dns cache and it seems to work for a few minutes but then it goes back to broken pages.
Anyone else having this issue or know how we fix it. Thanks!
