Hi Guys

I have a instance where i'm using Omnitiks for a network infrastructure, What i want to know is rather simple, at the moment i have it very simple and easy and it works well.

Unit A <=> Unit B (AP) <> Unit C, So as you can see A and C is clients, there is now a requirement to add a unit D, This solution has been running for some time, so i'm confident in it, but it is basically in a strait line, and i don't believe that D can reach B due to LOS issues. So the question is,

1.) Can a Omni Tik be used as both a AP and a Client, AKA to create a cloud for instance, Now A lot other People call this WDS, i just want to confirm, that if i put them into AP WDS and Make the SSID's the same then will it work?

And is there a sample config, I just want to wrap my around it properly before i head out to site.

I think that is not the solution, you create a repeater and thats mean 1/2 troughput.
