We had a minor outage on one of our links, dude did what it should and fired off a warning an urned it toolbar icon red. however not the problem has been resolved and the device has turned green but for some reason the flag remains red and if you drill down to a sub map the main map says there is still one outage.

anyone got any ideas how to clear this?

I have checked the relevent areas and there are not devices showing as down.
