Please guys i have a network issue that is giving me headaches.A quick response would help me greatly.

I have used the RouterOs 2.8.5 for 8months without fail until an upgrade to 2.9.16 and i have hard lots of problems in my network recently.

One is my provider keeps blocking my public ip for spaming and the network is many atimes have the uplink choked and would go down.

When i use the torch tool I see 255.255.255.255 on the source ip.

Also some systems within my cafe have traffic moving to 10.5k up even when is not in use.

please experienced guys i need help.
