You have checked on "Constraints" "bind on first use" on the user profile, logged from one devices and try to connect to another,
or insert a wrong MAC address ("Constraints" / "calling id") on the user profile.

Check that.

Solution: remove mac-address or anything on the filed "Constraints" / "calling id" on the user profile.
