CCR1036 License issue

Hello all

We recently bought a ccr1036-12g-4s-em router and on the first day after we configured it and upgrade it to 6.11 we faced an issue

The router after 24h refused all the PPPOE connections but after we did a reboot it's worked again
but not for a long time it's happened again in the same day

now after we did a reboot we faced a message about license " ROUTER HAS NO SOFTWARE KEY"
and the Software ID (xxxx-xxxx) changed with new one after each reboot

we didn't faced this issue before in our server x86 with Mikrotik RouterOS 6.1

please help us and thanks in advance

Send a e-mail to support@mikrotik.com or a mail to your distributor for RMA.

I would also try 6.10.. its a lot more stable for me

the main problem is the changing of softID i tried 6.10 and the new one 6.12 using netinstall but still same :(

already emailed support and they told me to Re-Install using Netinstall but didn't help

is there a way to fix software Id ?

Simply contact your reseller for RMA. Your using faulty device :wink: I hope and think, your reseller will change your device ASAP :roll:
