I have a handful of RB433 and RB450G running hotspot. They have been upgraded to v6.6 and v6.7 for few weeks, I like the MAC-Cookie login options keeping smartphones logged in.

However, few connections remains in idle mode even though the device is trying to get to the internet. The client can't open any website even local login page so basically no traffic goes through that connection. Meanwhile, other connections work normally.

The problem can only be resolved by remove idle connections in IP-> Hotspot -> Host tab.

After that, everything is back to normal.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

I see you are using a version that is improved on now (v6.7) ....Try v6.12

Sometimes problems get fixed even though they are not specifically mentioned in the changelog.

Ok , I can confirm the problem still persists in v6.12 on a number of our sites.....we're thinking to revert back to 5.26 until a fix or workaround is found...
