We have a customer that uses the Hot-spot functionality. When we try to print some vouchers from the User Manager we get the message: Error 404: Session time out.
The interesting thing is that every time we try a new browser, it will work and we can print the vouchers. But next time we want to print some new vouchers (maybe some days or weeks?) the same message apperars: Error 404. Deleting cache and cookies doesn't help, but a re-install of a browser and reboot of client computer has fixed it some times.
Tried most lastest browsers: Opera, Chrome, Firefox. The one that actually worked this time was IE6 (!).
Some thoughts how to fix this?
