Is there any board with 3g/4g/lte ? Wich one ? would work here in Brasil ?

None. MK don't make boards with them. You need your own supported modem.
Somebody who lives in Brazil, apart from you apparently, may be able to look at supported modems and their frequencies that work with Brazilian carriers.

If they are connected through USB I guess that Huawei will work. You can get it at Kabum and others store. Also, TIM sells Huawei but last time I checked only 3G model.
