I am having trouble getting the firewall rule to work the way I want.
My Mikrotik looks like this: I have an Ether interface for Local and one for Cloud .
I made a firewall rule with drop with the source ip: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and destination is an ip from my Cloud Interface .
If I do this is just ignores and and no bloking occours. If i remove the destination ip then it will block my connection but towards the ip of the router .

So... how do I set it up so it will block the connection from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx towards my ip from an instance on Cloud interface ?

Depends on which chain you use. I would also set the incoming interface and outgoing interface.
