Can't transfer supout.rif with FTP

Mon Jun 23, 2014 10:54 am

Hi
I'm having problems with the transfer of the supout.rif file I created in my Mikrotik RB800. Filezilla connects to the router without problems, but the transfer never ends.
Any idea about how to get this file?
Ps. Winbox is not working for me. This is the reason I want to get the supout.rif file.
I also tried with Totalcommander without success
Thank you!

Try using 'ordinary FTP'
Open a Command Prompt (start/run cmd)
FTP
OPEN ip address of mikrotik box
login using admin and your password
ls
bin
hash
get supout.rif
quit

No luck here.
I attached the console screen. It is the same, at the moment of the transfer it get stuck, so I cancel it.

I tried also that. The same result. Did you mean the Windows Firewall? Yes, I disable that, anyway doesn't work. I just don't know what else to try... any idea?
