Hi,

I am using DMASOFTLAB Radius Manager (freeradius backend) along with Mikrotik as hotspot and pppoe server. I have following two issues

Issue # 1
Some time a user is shown active on PPPoE as well as on hotspot, mac address shows for both sessions are are different , which means a single user is using same account for dual login, how can this be prevented.
Sometimes user is shown active both on mikrotik as well as radius, but actually user is not active at all , only his session shown active, which means mikrotik is not disconnecting the user.



Issue # 2
On frequent basis, user show online in Radius Online Users, but on Mikrotik its not active, and the Mikrotik LOGS shows that user is already active, so it doesn't allow Login and sometimes it shows other error.

Keep alive timeout for pppoe is set to default.
On hotspot default timeout value is 00:05:00
