LINKSYS WIRELESS PCI SRS 32bit

Mon Jul 24, 2006 6:21 pm

Hy all! I have a linksys wireless pci card (108Mbps speed, B/G), but it is not recognised by routerboard. It has a specific chipset? If it has, may I get support for this card in future releases?

hi,
DWL-G520 is a good, but you better use R52 - price is 50% more, but you'll get a card with a good quality and much better receive sensitivity: 1Mbps@-95dBm or 11Mbps@90dBm... And this is at 802.11b standart... the card is a+b+g.
(other abg cards with perfect receive sens. and tr. power: CM9, NL-2511 and SR2, but more expensive. they work ubiquitious at 2.4GHz)
Does anybody ever seen any other real good cards?
best regards,
C. G.
