Can anyone help me with this problem, I can't figure it out. It doesn't happen often, but when it does i can't resolve it.
A users device shows in DHCP Leases, but they never show in the Hotspot Host list.
I've tried kicking them off, asking them to forget the SSID, rebooting the Mtik, rebooting the device.

Help!

I have the same issue. I have seen it happen mostly with Windows 8 PC's.

The user will get a DHCP lease and consequently he will be added to the ARP table but no matter what Attempt, I cannot get the user IP and MAC to show up in the hosts list.

I have tried rebooting the router... turning off the hotspot and turning it back on... etc..

If I turn off the hotspot the user will get internet.

It appears that the problem is that nothing is adding that user to the host list so it can participate in the hotspot.

Does anybody found what can cause this problem? I'm having this kind of trouble right now.
