Block port 80 and 443 for specific IP

Tue Oct 14, 2014 5:22 am

Hi, i'm new to mikrotik..
How exactly do i block browsing and allow email for specific IP? I assume blocking port 80 and 443 would be enough right?
Thanks before.

I'd suggest to additionally block ports 8080 and 3128 as well to prevent the user from using proxies.
I guess with "specific IP" you mean a local IP in your network that should be blocked.
So you'll need to add this in the src-address in your block rule in the forward chain.
