I'm experiencing very weird behaviour with my RouterBoard, in essence problem manifests itself as follows.

I've set up the PPPoE Client to establish my ADSL connection via ethernet port attached ADSL modem, but this way speed I'm getting over this ADSL connection are restricted and very inconsistent. However if i connect directly to the modem and create PPPOE session from my laptop I'm getting full capacity of the ADSL line and very stable and consistent connection.

I'm using MikroTik RouterOS 6.20, on RB751G-2HnD, with basic factory default configuration bar few firewall rules, above mentioned PPPoE client and PPPTP vpn. As far as i can tell there are no other modifications that should make difference to the connection speed I'm getting via Mikrotik PPPoE connection.

Any ideas what configurations one could check or any troubleshooting sequences to try to resolve this problem?
