I believe the word you're looking for is "cache", not "cash". jarda was just thinking that you meant what you said, which... Doesn't make sense with the word "cash".
As far as script cache goes... If you mean cache for JavaScript files (so, "scripts" for web pages, not "scripts" for RouterOS), then you can use the proxy for that.

Use your best english skills to describe your problems, provide information about your environment and paste export of relevant parts of your config. Then, I am sure, it will be found by someone that will be able to help you.
