UPNP Status command

Tue Nov 18, 2014 8:58 pm

Is there a CLI command to view the status of UPNP mappings or the status in general, or is there something available in the web gui?

You can view all added mappings in IP -> Firewall -> Nat
They are added as dynamic rules. But what is missing and I want to see added is the name of the program that made the mapping, because this info is given by the programs and other routers are showing it. Maybe as a comment on the rules or in some other way.

So its safe to assume if there's nothing in the gui but the NAT rules I've added its not adding anything automatically yet... Thats what I was afraid of, I don't even know if I have it configured properly or not but with the amount of Apple devices and media devices inside this network there should be tons of upnp rules popping up.

If you have configured it correctly it is adding rules. I have lots of them on some routers. They don't even have some sort of timeout, just stay there until reboot it seems.
