When create profile with my customer (read write customer) and want to assign it to users, usermanager is unable to assign it and users have their last profile or random profile.
where is the problem and what should i do?

Which command do you use?

solved, the problem was from owner and read-write limitation silly me. but still have problem with CSS cache and dont know how to get rid of browser caches.
