I have a public wifi location that would like to have users limited to 2 hours of internet access for every 8 hours. They do not want a portal page. Is there a way to script this by using DHCP leases? I was trying to figure it out but have no experience with routeros scripting. This site has a RB750. Something with a blacklist with time around removing it might work.

You should use hotspot.

Yeah that is what I thought was needed. That would involve a portal page.
