Cannot access User Manager

Fri Jan 30, 2015 2:58 am

good day everyone,

Before I create this topic I am searching topics about my problem here but no luck so I created this topic and hopefully someone help me.

I am using RB951Ui-2HnD, version 6.25 setup with Bridge (Local) Hotspot and running well with Users and IP Binding in Hotspot

However, I cannot access my User Manager, I need to generate/create vouchers

I tried to reset my router and set-up again from start but still no luck!

192.168.88.1 is my default router IP.

and tried http://192.168.88.1/userman
and gave me this error -> Error 404: not found

80 is the default port of www and tried to change it on 8080, 808, 81 and still no luck

please help me guys.

thanks and god bless

Maybe you not have instaled the user manager package. Check it in the system-- package menú.

Hi, yes. I just installed awhile ago. however, I have another problem.

I created profiles and it's limitations and generate 5 users, when I try to login the users in my hotspot login, it doesn't continue. I mean it cannot login.

I doubled check the accounts from User Manage and the check box of disable is unchecked.

thanks

I should note that you're not able to access /userman via Lan you're running Hotspot and should use another ether. for example my hot spot network is: 10.5.xx.0/24 on ether1
ether2: 192.168.xx.0/24

when I'm going to use /userman::

http://192.168.xx.1/userman

and it works, also I check it via hotspoted lan and yes it give me this error: 404 Not found .....
