Problem access via WinBox and Web

Fri Feb 13, 2015 11:21 am

I have 2 RB411U with Vodafone ZTE K4201-Z 3g. Software version 6.27 and Firmware 3.22
I have one PPTP Client on each Mikrotik that conects to my local network.
My problem is that although my PPTP connection works fine and the seperate networks communicate I cannot access both Miktorik via WinBox and Web interface.
I can only be connected via WinBox and Web interface when i am connected through ehernet whith MAC Addrees.
I deleted Winbox local configuration files and i notice that windbox stuck in "Downloading plugins from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
Any help apreciated

windbox ?
anyways are u trying to connect via mac address or ip ? you can add a rule in firewall to redirect the winbox through a port to connect to your other rb's .

I am sorry i ment Winbox ofcource. Via MAC when ethernet cable is connected and via ip when i try to connect through the VPN connection.
I dont want the 2 routerboards connect to each other.
Both routerboards are connected to my local RB433 that uses a DSL connection. There is no problem ping and communicating with the devices attached with the remote RB's.

go to ip > firewall > nat create a masquerade rule and another rule with -dstnat- protocol -6 tcp- and chain -dstnat- and in action tab insert the ip address of the machine into - To address - and assign port 82xx instead of xx insert last 2 digits of the RB's ip
example
192.168.1.15
To address : 192.168.1.15
Port : 8215
and try to connect via winbox by entering the real ip of your RB
example
RB Real ip : 54.25.62.31
winbox : 54.25.62.31:8215
if not can you see it via ip > neighbors if yes try to telnet or mactelnet into it and print out your configurations .
make sure you have the latest winbox installed . if yet try to use v2
